10:30-11am greetings & affirmations

11-11:45am floor warm up, stretches, & hand balancing and contortion

11:55-12:45pm lyra lesson

12:45-1:15pm lunch break

1:15-2:05pm silks lesson

2:05- 2:15 snack break

2:20-3:10 hammock lesson

3:10-3:30pm FREE TIME

* Pre-requirements: climb basic and russian, hip key, foot locks in the air and straddle back.
12:30-1pm warmup, stretch and handstands

1pm-1:15 conditioning 

1:15- 2pm skills

2-2:15pm Snack Break

2:15pm-3pm skills, technique and performance

3-3:25 FREE TIME
3:25 clean up and stretch

Cancellation Policy

All camp purchases are refundable 30 days prior to the first day of camp minus a $40 processing fee. No refunds will be given if campl is cancelled less then 30 day prior to the first day.
